1. Terms

By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

This websites terms and conditions of use are intended to provide information that will help you to become a contributing Microstock vector artist. The CMVA tutorials are not intended to take the place of actual drawing classes. We show you how to use certain software tools and techniques that can enable you to increase your skills as an illustrator. We also show you the steps that you must take to become a Microstock contributor. These tutorials, lessons and information only work if you have skills of your own that you have developed through art classes or personal motivation. We can make no guarantees that your artwork will be accepted by any Microstock library because we are not in control of that, nor are we aware of your proficiency as an illustrator.

The artwork that is used in this website, in the tutorials and on the Portfolio page may not be used, distributed, manipulated, reproduced or showed publicly or privately without a written permission from the artist. All designs, illustrations and content belong to this website and to it's owner Albert Wesley Floyd aside from the few royalty free stock images by other photographers and illustrators that are included in the website.

The artwork, designs, and downloads included in the CMVA Tutorials website are not to be used as uploads to the Microstock libraries. Doing so is considered theft and will result in your membership in the Microstock site being cancelled. CMVA Tutorials will pursue legal action against anyone attempting to use or distribute these materials as there own or anyone who shares the downloads without written permission from the owner of CMVA tutorials.

For those who purchase the Complete Step-By-Step the artwork that is included is free to use as royalty free artwork for design projects, but may not be used as your own artwork in any way or shared with others without written permission from the artist.
